Communication Process

We believe that pension communications are absolutely critical to the success of a Defined Contribution (DC) pension scheme and the value that employees derive from it. Having agreed the initial design, we will work with you and the client to build an engaging communications programme and deliver an excellent member experience.

Working with you and the client

We work with you and the client to develop a customised and appropriate 'joint communications plan' which sets out the communications strategy to promote the scheme both ahead of its launch and beyond. All communications can be fully tailored and branded within FSA guidelines. For example, websites can be in the client's fonts and colours and can include bespoke text.
