Business Change & Design
Business Change & Development will offer you the opportunity to drive wholesale change within a major business providing high quality project management support to deliver business objectives working with internal & third party partners. Rather than being pure creators, the team is also focused on delivery - and that means finding the issues, winning over opinion, creating solutions and making sure that they work. You will work with people who are highly respected for their skills and expertise. The projects are not your average run-of -the- mill business transformation assignments. These projects range in size, complexity and scale, but invariably they are all critical to growth and performance of the business. Prudential Intermediaries Division is the Intermediary facing sales arm of Prudential and is responsible for sales of all Prudential products through financial advisers.
The sales force is structured into Regional Sales Units (RSUs) comprising a Field based Account Manager, a Telephony Based Account Manager and a Sales Support Executive who jointly support the needs of all panelled advisors within a defined geographical area. Separately we operate a telephony only sales capability who support smaller advisors on both proactive and reactive basis. Alongside the Regional Sales unit we also operate a Key Account Management function via a team of Account Directors who are responsible for developing and maintaining our relationships with Banks, Networks and National IFAs although the local support for these is still provided from the RSU's.
The intermediated sales division has shown strong growth over the last three years and our plans are to see this growth accelerate over the next three years by the development and role out of powerful product propositions aimed at meeting the need of our advisors as well as through the excellence of service provided by our distribution capability.
