The value of regular payments made by your employer are dependent on your age, in addition to this your employer will match any payments you make up to the value of 3%. For example, if you were to pay 2% your employer would also pay 2%, but if you paid 4% the employer contribution would be capped at 3%. The table below shows the total value of payments, assuming that you, the employee, pay 3% of your salary into the plan each year. The figures will differ depending on how much of your salary you wish to pay into your plan.
