What happens next?
Before any employees can join, you will need to set up your scheme on our electronic pensions administration platform. Simply call our Customer Service Centre on 0845 070 3333* and we can do this for you. We are open from 8:30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. You don't need to do this until your employees are interested in joining the scheme. We will then send you a New Plan Application Form and Agreement, which must be completed and returned to us.
When your scheme is set up we provide you with a guest ID. Using this, your employees can obtain information about the scheme and even apply for a stakeholder pension, by calling our Customer Service Centre or visiting our website.The value of an investment may go down as well as up and a member's fund value in future may be less than the payments they have made.
