Our car insurance policies offer a range of benefits to suit different drivers.

Choice of cover

Choose from three levels of cover to meet your driving needs:

• Comprehensive
• Third Party Fire and Theft
• Third Party Only (only available over the phone)

Guaranteed courtesy car

If the worst does happen, and you are involved in an accident, you'll receive a courtesy car when your vehicle is being fixed by one of our approved repairers. We'll also guarantee all repairs for five years. (Third Party Only policies are excluded.)

New for old cover

If you own a car that's less than 12 months from the date of manufacture and it suffers substantial damage in an accident, we'll replace it - like for like. The only provision is that repair work must cost more than 60% of the car's total UK list price (including taxes).

This guarantee also applies to stolen vehicles, provided the old car cannot be found. New for old cover is only available on Comprehensive cover policies.

Uninsured driver promise

If you make a claim for an accident that's not your fault and the other driver is uninsured, you won't lose your No Claims Discount, plus we'll cover any excess. Our uninsured driver promise is only available on Comprehensive cover policies.

No Claims Discount

Let us know if you remained claim-free with your previous provider, and you could save up to 65% on your premium, or up to 70% if you are 50 or older. All you need to do is provide proof from your previous provider and we'll calculate the rest.

Audio equipment cover

Receive up to £1,000 for the loss or damage to car audio and visual equipment. (If this forms part of the car specification and was fitted by the manufacturer or the manufacturer's approved dealer, then the amount is unlimited.)

In addition to your car stereo, this covers TVs, telephones and electronic navigation equipment, as long as they are a permanent fixture in the car.

Windscreen cover

All our Comprehensive policies cover windscreen damage, and if you need your windscreen fixed it won't affect your No Claims Discount. An excess of £75 is payable for replacements and £10 for repairs.

Flexible payment options

If you find it easier to spread the cost of your car insurance over the duration of the policy we provide a monthly payments option (subject to status). We also offer an annual payment option if you wish to pay your premium in one go.

Both options are available online on our quote and buy facility, or when you call us on 0800 300 300. Lines are open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm on Saturday and 10am to 5pm on Sunday.
