How Vitality works

• When you join PruProtect you automatically get membership to our Vitality programme with Lite Rewards.
• This programme enables you to earn Vitality points for making the effort to lead a healthy life. You don't have to be a fitness fanatic. Doing healthy activities like walking, having a health screen or even quitting smoking could all earn you Vitality points.
• As your points increase, so does your Vitality status. Increasing your status from Bronze to Silver, Gold or Platinum entitles you to bigger discounts with our partners.
• Plus you can reduce your premiums (see below) if you increase your Vitality status beyond Bronze.
