Stakeholder Pensions
A stakeholder pension is a flexible version of a personal pension that is available to anyone, even those who already have a personal pension.
You decide how much and how often you want to contribute and stakeholder pensions can often be started with as little as £20. The Government has also put a cap on the annual charges for holding a stakeholder pension.

** These figures are only examples and are not guaranteed - they are not minimum or maximum amounts. They are calculated based on gross payments by an individual retiring at 65, having paid for a whole number of years (e.g. 40 years at age 25), using the mid FSA growth rates less Prudential charges. All firms generally use the same rates of growth for projections but their charges vary. What you will get back depends on how your investment grows and on the tax treatment of the investment. Do not forget that inflation would reduce what you could buy in the future with the amounts shown. Your pension income will depend on how your investment grows and on interest rates at the time you retire. |
