PruSelect is our flexible benefits plan which enables you to select the benefits that are most suitable for you. You will receive a 'flex fund' equivalent to 5% of your salary on joining, which you can use to create an appropriate benefits package for you and your family. This is in addition to 20 days core holiday and public holiday entitlement.

Savings - the Employee share purchase plans
Employees have the opportunity to become a stakeholder in Prudential through the Savings-Related Share Option Scheme, and the Share Incentive Plan (SIP).
As a member you will start to build up a pension from your first day and will be covered for lump sum and pension death benefits.
Our Defined Contribution Pension Scheme offers core credits that are paid by the company at 6% of your base salary.
You will be given the option to add your own contributions and will receive matching contributions - up to an additional 6% – by the company.
This means that if you contribute 6% in addition to the core credits, you will have a monthly contribution of 18%.
