Our employee benefits
We offer a competitive salary in line with the market average for the role you have applied for and make sure that your pay stays competitive by reviewing your salary on an annual basis.
We believe that pay should be linked to performance, and that your contributions to the business should be reflected, with employees who excel achieving higher rewards during annual salary and bonus reviews.

Savings - the Employee share purchase plans
Employees have the opportunity to become a stakeholder in Prudential through the Savings-Related Share Option Scheme, and the Share Incentive Plan (SIP).
As a member you will start to build up a pension from your first day and will be covered for lump sum and pension death benefits.
Our Defined Contribution Pension Scheme offers core credits that are paid by the company at 6% of your base salary.
You will be given the option to add your own contributions and will receive matching contributions - up to an additional 6% – by the company.
This means that if you contribute 6% in addition to the core credits, you will have a monthly contribution of 18%.
