How do I send a secure email?
If you’re an existing customer and registered for MyPru you can send us a secure email from your MyPru account. In addition to sending a secure email within MyPru, you'll be able to check the value of your policy, change personal details and download product information at any time. If you're not registered for MyPru, check to see if your product is available on MyPru and register today.
If you’re not yet a customer or can't access MyPru, please email us on PruMail.
