If the name, address or National Insurance Number we have for you is incorrect, please let us know.  It's important that we hold up to date information so we can keep providing you with the best service possible.  If we lose contact with you we may temporarily suspend any payments to you until you contact us.

If your details are correct you do not need to contact us.

HMRC have also asked that you let them know if you change your address.
