You can top-up your bond at any time by completing the Distribution Bond Top-Up Application form and sending this to us with your payment. The minimum top-up amount is £1,000.
Please remember that the value of any investment you already have, or any top ups you make to the bond, can go down as well as up and you may not get back the amount you put in.
Your payment is invested in the Distribution Fund. Please read the key features document for more information on this fund.
If you pay tax, the Distribution Bond has a valuable built-in income tax benefit that allows you to take out up to 5% of your investment each year for up to 20 years. The is free from any immediate income tax liability. However, anything taken out over the 5% each year may incur a tax charge. Please refer to the key features document for further information.
Please note that tax is based on your individual circumstances and is subject to change.
If you move overseas and are no longer a resident of the UK, this will impact on your ability to make further investment in this plan in the future. We’re unable to accepts payments from customers who are not physically resident in the UK.
You can take a regular income or make a withdrawal from your bond anytime by calling us on 0345 640 1000. Please read the key features document for more information on taking money out of your bond.

You can cash in your bond whenever you like, but please remember that it is designed to be a medium to long term investment.
By accessing MyPru, our secure online portal, you may be able to manage your product enquiry yourself or alternatively send us a secure email to deal with your product query.
Within MyPru you can check the value of your policy, change bank details, change personal details, view key documents online and send us secure messages.
