Important Information - Sale of  Capita Asset Services to Link Group
 
On 23 June 2017, Capita plc announced the sale of its Capita Asset Services businesses (CAS) to Link Administration Holdings Limited (Link Group). Therefore, from 6 November 2017, the Prudential ISA will be managed by Link Financial Investments Limited.
 
You may notice that some ISA material will start to show the Link name and branding during the changeover to Link. We are currently in the process of updating our material with the changes, so please bear with us.

Here’s a few common questions that get asked by customers who have invested in a Prudential ISA either through an adviser or online.

If you set up your Prudential ISA through a financial adviser, please contact them if you want to make any changes or call Link Financial Investments Limited on 0344 335 8936.

If you set up your Prudential ISA online, you can contact Link Financial Investments Limited on 0344 335 8969 if you want to make any changes. If you’re looking to top up your ISA, you can also do this online.
 

 

The Prudential ISA is provided by Link Financial Investments Limited, who is the ISA Plan Manager. Link Financial Investments Limited is responsible for all regulatory and legal aspects of the ISA and the provision of all customer services, including issuing contract notes, statements and other post-sales communications. These contract notes, statements and other post-sales communications will be Link branded.

The 2017/18 limit for new investment into a stocks and shares ISA is £20,000.

You can invest your annual ISA subscription across any type of ISA (Stocks & Shares ISA, Cash ISA and Innovative Finance ISA) but you can't invest in more than one type of ISA in any one tax year.

If you wish to top up your ISA please contact your financial adviser or alternatively call Link Financial Investments on 0344 335 8969.

You can switch your money between funds at any time. Currently there is no charge for switching , although we reserve the right to apply a charge in the future. Switches between PruFund funds will be made 28 days after your switch request is received using the unit price on the 28th day.

You can access your money at any time through the ISA Plan Manager, Link Financial Investments Limited. You can make full, partial or regular withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal for regular and partial withdrawals is £50 per fund and for partial withdrawals it is £250 per fund. You must leave at least £500 in each fund. Regular withdrawals can be taken on a monthly, quarterly, half yearly or annual basis, subject to limits. They can be taken on either the 5th or 20th of each month.

The ISA plan manager, Link Financial Investments Limited, will send you a statement in May and November every year. You can also call them on 0344 335 8936 for an up-to-date valuation of your investment.
