The FOS is an independent body that handles disputes between businesses providing financial services and their customers
TPAS is an independent, government funded body that gives free advice to members of the public. They don’t have any statutory powers and can only effect a resolution through persuasion and conciliation.
The PO is an independent organisation, set up by law, to investigate complaints about pension administration. They have legal powers that are final, binding and enforceable in court.
