Acceptable Use

You agree that:

  1. you do not and will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the App; and
  2. you will not use an anonymising proxy (a tool that attempts to make activity untraceable).

By using the App, you consent to us collecting and using technical information about the device you are using and related software, hardware and peripherals to improve the service we offer to you.

Certain services used via the App will make use of location data sent from your device. You can turn off this functionality at any time by turning off the location services settings for the App on your device. If you use these services, you consent to us and our affiliates' and licensees' transmission, collection, retention, maintenance, processing and use of your location data and queries to provide and improve location-based and road traffic based products and services. You may withdraw this consent at any time by turning off the location services settings.

  2. we, at our sole discretion, decide to withdraw the App whether in whole or in part.

Upon termination for any reason:

  1. all rights granted to you under these Terms of Use shall cease;
  2. you must cease all activities authorised by these Terms of Use; and
  3. you must delete or remove the App from your device.


Governing law: these Terms of Use will be governed by English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

No Waiver: The failure of Prudential to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior understandings or agreements relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give appropriately valid effect to the intention of the Terms of Use as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.
